
Workflows
and Customized Forms
Workflows define the many process flows in a project. Customized workflow forms are initiated from the Project home and have key information pre-filled from existing project setting information. This includes Roles that will review or approve each workflow, costs, budgets, and job sites. At the top of each form, flow box diagrams layout out where the workflow is at in the life cycle, and what is left to do.
